A small contingent of WIM members journeyed North for this year's JK in the S Lakes. The weather was glorious over the weekend, but pretty damp on Monday for the relays.

Congratulations to our medallists:-

Day 1 Sprint: Alice French 2nd W12, Karen French 3rd W55

Day 2 Middle - High Dam: Alice French 3rd W12,  Sue Hands 1st W75

Day 3 Long - Bigland: Alice French 3rd W12, Sue Hands 2nd W75

TrailO:  Dick Keighley  Bronze in both the PreO Combined and the Sprint PreO
